will be back training in a month......hopefully

i will be back training hopefully in a month sold all the cows so thats one problem out the way..

but now i am going to be doing some building work on my gym reroof ,block work,plastering etcs so going to be busy over the next few weekend

going to try & get to the british novice if i can not sure yet see how everything go's...


then i can get training again with mr maiden...
