| Hi Guys, EXCELLENT JOB from "Flawless" Freddy Gunnarsson. The unpredictability of Armwrestling is certainly one of the elements that make it great. Without wanting to sound like I am making excuses for Craig (as if there is an active Armwrestler in the UK currently who doesn't need any making on his behalf then "The Birmingham Bullet" is probably that man) the truth is that Craig has had something of a disasterous few weeks. - Potentially fractured his foot after jumping barefoot from the cab of his friends High Top Van.
Joe having the Chicken Pox and not sleeping well AGAIN. - SLIGHTLY stressed out after working a long distance from his home for his day to day living, whilst also having an awareness that he has just been given A 3 YEAR DRIVING BAN !!!
Troubled by his general life background (understandably) reverting back to a VINTAGE CRAIG SANDERS move and staying out on the Lash with Andreas Rundstrom until 4 am THE NIGHT BEFORE THE TOURNAMENT AFTER FLYING TO SWEDEN FOLLOWING TWO NIGHTS WITHOUT SLEEP WATCHING JOE !!! Craig was pulling TWO CLASSES at the same time and therefore having very limited rest between matches swapping from one match on table one straight to another in the other class match on table two. Craig ended up pulling out of the -85kg class whilst sitting in a minimum 3rd place position in order to try to focus on the 77kg as he was feeling TIRED !!!All that aside Freddy is a VERY talented and strong young puller who is actually a -70kg athlete and NOT 75kg !!! Had Steve Rogers not double fouled out whilst pinning Freddy having dragged him back FROM THE PAD in a Hook then the match in ARM WARS "LEGACY" Right Handed would have finished 3-3 !!! as it was........ Steve beat Freddy everytime the match hit the Hook dragging him up from the pad each time.....so much so in fact that Freddy RAN and changed to his lesser favoured Top Roll and was successful in doing so 3 times. IF these men have a rematch under different circumstances I am ready to cover any bets against my Whispy Haired Big Eared Buddy. THATS IF HE ISN'T IN PRISON FOR RIDING HIS BIKE WITHOUT LIGHTS Cheers Neil | |

| Just to make it clear guys Freddy is a SOLID puller and maybe I am doing the lad an injustice BUT unless he has seriously got the Frosties secret formula of Armwrestling success then to have inmproved THAT MUCH since July would be MESMERIC !!! Just goes to show that NOBODY is invincible on any given day in this game given the right set of circumstances, fortunately for Craig he has shocked people far more when demolishing people he shouldn't be able to than he would ever be likely to do by loosing to National Championship standard pullers. Cheers Neil | |
