here lots of storys about how much side pressure you can pull craig , whats the truth and how often, last time i pulled u at neils wedding u told me my hand was good and i just needed better side, well thats all iv been doing since i started training again , how many times a week do u train side pressure, or how many time did u train it to make it that strong.
