| Not at the moment anyway pal. My goal was to do 5 reps with 80kg by the end of the year and as things stand it looks like i'm on course to smashing that. If i think i can get near the 100kg in the future then i'll definitely train for it. Cheers m8. |

| You're controlling the db much better in this video compared to the last one too - even with the difficult start with the support being moved in and out, you still do it pretty easily - nice work! | |

| Thanks m8, i felt i could probably have done a few kilo more but after 12 reps i'll have to wait till tomorrow to try again. I'm confident i'll reach my target ahead of schedule, if so i'll just take my time with it, aiming for 85kg, 90kg, 95kg and so on. 100kg is a ridiculous wait to have in the palm of your hand but i remain optimistic, i've still got a lot i can develop. |

| Your not joking pal, my wrist curls are way beyond the safety level. If i'm not 150% focused....(SNAP!!!!!!) As can be seen at the beginning of this footage. I don't know if 100kg is actually attainable for a man my size but i think i can get to 90kg. Like i've said though, 'there's no rush'. |

| I managed to do 3 reps with 80kg today. I'll try and get the footage on over the next day or two. "IT HURT LIKE BITCH LOL" |

| Nice one Mark, Your almost curling the weights Craig does! How did you get your wrist curl so strong because i've been stuck on the same weight for about 4 months and not increasing! | |

Hi Anil, any time you hit a plateau in training, change what you are doing, if you usually trasin heavy with a small rep range, go very light (10-20% of your max) and do as many reps as you can, you will shock your body into changing and introduce a new stress for it to acclimatize and adapt to. Then go back and see what your new max is. Keep mixing your training up to keep your body guessing and you'll see much better results than if you keep things the same. | |

| Hi Anil, give Dan's method a try for the next two months, it sounds a little like my approach (a little). lol If you've seen improvements by then, problem solved. I am however curious of one thing pal, if you've not been able to improve in this area for the past 4 months and your trained by Craig, then why hasn't Craig shown you P.S. Never train your flexors with light weights, it's pointless. |

| Well done bud good lifting
Anil Dont get to disturbed about your wrist strength with weights, there's that many varitions in peoples movements that sometimes your weights can seem feeble in camparison,I've done some dirty weights curling 105kg strict for 6reps and static held 114kg for 30seconds but my vest wrist strength came when doing 50kg just past striaght for reps, most people go to striaght and the theory behind it is that you are training your wrist not to go past striaght, but if you don't stretch the tendon then it can never really be worked to it's maxium,so therefore a mix of just past striaght and statics are for me have far more benefit,
good luck pal | |
