During the war when i was a lad, i used to be a wicked Breakdancer. and once when spinning on my left wrist i heard a crack... yup broke it... My left wrist has never been the same since..

Just the way it goes i suppose, but its not gona get much better im afraid..

still im happy to pull on it just in case someone goes inside one time.... lol

Not necessarily Rick, sometimes quite the opposite.

i broke my right shoulder not long ago, but that seems all good now..... so luck of the draw i suppose.

If you break a compound joint it can have adverse effects on your strength, but most of the time someone breaks their arm it heals stronger and actually knits back together thicker than the original bone, apparently.
