That just it m8, i was exactly the same.
I wanted to train and push myself hard but my body couldn't tolerate
the strain i was subjecting it to.
I've definitely found that a gradual but firm training routine has slowly
allowed my body the time it needs to develop and recover at the same time.
The same will apply to yourself Alex, train very hard but don't break yourself
doing it.
You'll get there soon enough.
