hey al i try and get my bodyweight in good protein so i weigh 120 kg ill get routhly 120 grams of protien throughout the day shakes big bio pot yogurts cheese meat all that sort of stuff oh and beans and eggs,i think of it as eating healthily not dieting and u gotta eat every 2 3 hours keeps ur body fired up and will stop u getting hungry then gorging on rubbish wen u do get round to eating,dont deprive ur body of calories just to get into lower weight catagory u will lose stenght and halt ur progress u want to be the strongest and best u can be and by cutting carbs and calorys u cant achieve ur max potential,there r exceptions 2 the rule but i think most people if they lost a stone or more they would be weaker specially if ur already in pretty decent weaghttraining shape which most of us are ,just my opinion
