Training With The Rossendale Boys !

Just want to give a massive thanks to Nick, Stuart, Murray and Chris Murphy for
spending the day with me. I really appreciate all of you for sharing your time with me.

I think about 80% has sunk in m8.
I'll need to get back on a table soon and start using it so i retain the rest.
I'm going to go over it at home as soon as i can lift my arms.

Yeah mate, i had a fantastic day.
All that experience in the room and i was the only novice.
Pulled my socks off.
Again i can't thank everyone enough for the privilege to train with them.
