A lot of problems at Work

Thanks for the training day nick it really helped me with my confidence and I feel I know how to go with my training now so well worth the trip.

Great training day! Mega thanks all involved.

In my opinion these kind of sessions are essesntial for the development of our sport and bring on the novices like me.

Mike your bloody strong and already getting some technique. Hope the arms aint too sore mucka...look forward to seeing you involved in the sport!

Thanks Anthony. I will definitely be carrying on. I've got toothache in my arms, and bruise across the top of my abds, but feel great. The photos have really spurred me on to get fit, it took me a while to realise that the fat, bald bloke in the blue t shirt was me!

Massive thanks to you Nick for a great day. It was worth the 550 miles i drove. And thanks to everyone else for going and making it a great day.
I need to do a lot more of these days so i can gain some strengh and technique. Thanks for all the tips guys.

No Nick, how could I dis the one who attempted to teach me the intricacies of the top roll! But we do look related

I was a bit sore yesterday nick but i have just got back from training tonight and i couldn't stop myself from do some pulling while i was there and now i am in so much pain i cant believe it.
