1. Neil Pickup 2 time world and european champ and around 20 time british champ 2.Craig Sanders multiple world and european medalist and again around 20 time national champ 3.Andrew Barker 2 time world silver medalist 4-6 times national champ
Iwould also like to mention Rod Linnete Robert Brown Alan Greaves Richard Poole Lee Holland Trevor Lolyd who have all had world honours but IMO it was harder for the men listed 1-3

Paul, I'd have to say that left handed in the Ladies Elizabeth Horne would be #1, as she's beaten Susan, Elaine, Dawn, Allison and Jo - all of them a few times. She's never been beaten on the left in the UK, and has done well abroad - 3rd at the World's in 2001 (L/H), 3rd at the World Challenge 2009 (R/H), and 6th (both hands) at this years World's.
