Yeah it's not a fun game.

Our first buyer pulled out. Then we realised that it was going to be quite a few weeks before we were going to be into our next house (still not in), and so we had to condense our whole house, business and gym into 3 rooms (threw away half of our stuff!) and a garage at other peoples houses, and go and live with Elizabeth's parents. This is where we are now, waiting to move.

I will never move again after this move!! Shocked

Neil it's because i've likely been training and A.W. with one or more of these injuries :- broken wrist, collapsed flexor tendon and a complete tear of the the wrist ligaments. Remember the the pain i was in at the novices and how Keith and a few spectators got a fright at the nationals? I'm on the N.H.S. waiting list mate. Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad I just pray it's not broken but something is seriously out of place . afro

Im not saying NHs R Crap, but my broken shoulder had healed before my appointment came through !!!

Im sure the delay muffed up the power that i got back. Good luck Mark :0 What a Face

Very Sorry to hear that Mark & I really hope that you can get whatever work you need out of the way and heal up well, in the same way that Alan Greaves has recently. Stuart Hall is another Top UK LAd who probably is LONG overdue some medical help to get him back to his entertaining best, hope he can finally get sorted out.

David, I am glad to hear that you are coming in BIG in 2010 as I actually believe that stylistically and physically you are stronger at the higher weight. I actually would like to be at around 93kg for the match (or ideally 90kg) I am less effective at my current weight of around 102kg. out of shape not as strong. We are at polar opposites in that respect as I expect that the Heavier you are on the day the harder I believe the match will be for me whilst if I show up light I would expect that you will know your in an Armwrestling match that day, as when I am focussed on Armwrestling well I am nearer to 90kg than 100kg thats for sure.

I will bring the best I have at that time and lets see how things pan out. ps. Put 19th - 22nd February in your Diary also for ARM WARS "DUAL IN DISNEYLAND" Paris, France, where I intend to line up a Match for you as discussed on the phone recently Smile

Good Luck with your training mate, Stay Strong & Healthy Dave.

Neil cheers for that. I heard about Alan and the injury he sustained. It was great to meet him and see him looking very comfortable at the table. It also gives me reassurance that i could possibly return to my previous form, although a little older and with less hair. lol! afro
