what weight class are you wrestling at this year ?

65,70,75,80,85,90,100,100 plus ?

are you going up a class or dieting down to a lower class ?

100 kilo class

I would like to get to 90 but in my heart of hearts i think i'll be 100, however i'll be the leanest 100kg i've ever been.

100+ for me!

I'm looking at 100+, the last 3 weeks i've increased my protein, gained muscle, dropped body fat, and stayed at 109 so it'll probably be 100 minimum i expect.

70kg , going down to it from 75.

around 100 for me to much on drop the weight for 90s with all the eurosport shows

i wanna get into the 60s for worlds and maybe euros too! if i can keep strong but want to get to 65 first!

hahaha! thanks pual i meannnnnnnn i wanna go to 65 see how it is butttt as a junior world classes are in 10kgs so i want to try and fight in them class

90kg this year, lot healthier for an old man like me.
