I hope this is based on my recent abscence because 1 of the guys on this list wouldnt beat me with both his hands on my one. Most of the others are afraid Of the big fella and resigned themselves to 2nd place already.Well the big fellas going Down this year.

Ricketts has to be favourite left Sowah right but a healthy sounding Marvin will be extremely tough to beat interesting class,Sowah looked light after his illness at armergeddon so it will be interesting to see cat mouse and mind games in this class although there could be bigger trouble heading in that class so Iam led to beleive

I'm concentrating on Super Matches this year. One on one is where it's at for me. Sitting back and watching things play out has been tough.2011 British my team and myself new I was in Trouble as I'd been unable to rotate my hand with out feeling like I'd been stabbed in the elbow. But I risked it anyway felt that pop pop pop and that was that. I had to change a lot of things(chaining up 21 ft poles 6 days a week and training 5 caught up.)Now my Work is in the gym so I've concentrated fully on training and rehab.i feel 15% stronger just Stopping scaffolding. Not gonna be at New Years cup but watch this space.
