hmm its gonna be a tough day. For 70kg catergory my favourites for right arm are Dean, Rogers and Ted. looking forward to this catergory gonna be tough, cant forget about barry knowles and both Martin Zajac and Sedlacek. And not forgetting the speed of Tom Hollands. Should be interesting weight. cheers

Take your pick in the 90's, Ackers, Henderson, Waters, Taylor, Clay, Thomas, Barker, Rimmer, Green, this is a rediculous class and could see some propper tear ups. I'm looking forward to this.

Well iv had good training camp for this one , been hitting static holds hard with a little help from dean im up to 75kg holds think 80+ is achievable but not risking any injuries at the min so im now in rest mode 2 weeks seems a long time to rest but its always worked for me .

70kg dean to win

80kg craig to win

90kg im not coming to take part guys im coming to win both arms ackers to win

100+ paul to win

110+ alan to win

but yeh all classes look closes and nothing in stone i could be a mile out .

Dan you may want mention Paul Mitchell to diffrent man since British and rampage and with 6 solid weeks table time He's feeling bad ass as you will see,Paul pulls alot without his hand So sometimes he doesn't seem as good as he is but pinning him is a diffrent story as you already no, so with the probably absence of Barker

Gents Paul is strong At the rampage he beat Waters in straps quite easy Mitchell only weighs 86 then Waters is the British champion right hand,and Mitchell is alot more powerful now seriously if he doesn't win new year and the way he's progressing now come British he's going be a right handful

iam not to sure Neil may pull if he wants a challenge Marvin could be supers but last time i spoke he was 108,and with the intrduction of the 110s not to many but i could be wrong bud

iam 105 pal so it would be tough and be strong as ive structered my diet around -95s for Swtzerland and id be weak at 100s plus whats even harder is getting time off Sad
