hi all, first of all i would like to say sorry for my poor performance on saturday, i really thought my arm was ok to wrestle but it wasn t. i m sure its tendon trouble but i ve had conflicting views on what to do about it , rest it completly or gentle work outs. i know that pauls view is to keep it moving and i m in agreement with him but would still like to here other peoples opinions. thankyou, lee

Lee,
Blood to the area is a must!

Good nutrition with supplementation.

I heard mine tear on Sunday, and am now very tender in that area, but already today I have done 5 x Orbigrip sessions, and everytime it feels pumped, and better.

i would rest the area thats sore for a few weeks & try to train around it getting the blood into your arm then steadly up the training depending how the injury is feeling...

anything to do with tendon's take's a long time to heal
