Steve Razor Rau curling with 140 lbs

good curls, hardly any back movement!

I can do one handed curls about 90 pounds, I can do pretty much pull ups with weights, and I advance in this area good, but when it comes do THIS excercise I am SAME as I was 6 months ago, can someone explain me why ?

I could do 170 pounds in this excercise before I started arm wrestling, and I can do now aprox. the same...-.-
