dad had it a few times tom got it once n i got it 3 times on right for junour and 3 left and 1 on right for senour so thats =====at least 8 if u count both arms

6x right arm champion 2x left arm champion 4x overall champion 2 on each arm

1 x L/H title back in 2001, and very pleased with that days effort.

Hopefully a bit more to come if I'm not too old.

I forgot to mention my britsh novice title,charlie twig left arm 07 title,pete white also won a british title,and when i trained leigh pulling power stan dickenson british champion,dawn higson british champion,lee gornall british junior champion, and since atan took over he has added many more titles to the club great job stan...
