That seems like a good way to train Mark.

I dont stick to a training plan anymore because i ended up with injuries... Now i usually keep it simple. I train table time if im not sore through to much side pressure on my elbow, but if im sore i will concentrate on excercises that will make me stronger on the table such as heavy biceps curls, pulls ups, hand grippers etc. Notice these excercises dont put any side pressure on my elbow so then it heals quicker (for me), then once i feel no pain in my elbow i will start training table time again.

That also sounds like a good method m8 and it's always best to put injuries first.
Last thing anyone wants is to aggravate an already existing injury.
It's better to be healthy and get small gains as opposed to becoming mega
strong and tearing things in the process.
