 The triple threat workout.

Did this today before working hands and wrist in the gym.

20 metre farmers walk with 50kg in each hand,

5 tire flips with 265kg tire

20 metre, 100kg sled drag, walking backwards.

Repeat 5 times


This was done starting with the tire at one end and the handles and sled at the other, with no rest between the 3 exercises and 2 minutes rest between sets. Worked the Back, shoulders, chest, legs, forearms, hand, wirst and core all at the same time, my heart rate was up to about 160bpm so it was a perfect workout for conditioning.

I'm going to try and do this once a week whilst i get in shape for the worlds.

Sounds like a great cardio workout m8.
Unfortunately i don't have any spare tyres though. lol!
