| Was a good day despite the weather, good turn out,Robert Brown didnt show so i went in the open which included Craig Sanders,Alan Greaves,Artur Dorahov some others and 150kg newcomer who was the talk of the day. Results were as follows,1st Greaves,2nd Dorahov,3rd myself 4th sanders..Ive got the 85kg + on vid so ill upload them soon. Have to say Alan looked solid(for an old dude) .But if the new guy( Steven) gets it together and wants to take up armwrestling seriously we'l have a new super XXXXL heavyweight with ridiculous potential. There was a general concencus that 2 refs should have been at table, as there were some wrist/elbow discrepancys purely from ref not being able to see other side of table but thats just being picky.. | |

seriously we'l have a new super XXXXL heavyweight with ridiculous potential. Steven came to MK with Rod and a massive Polish guy, they are going to train with us every Monday and i can tell you it won't be long till they are both absolute animals. Watch this space

| Those guys were so big it wasn't even funny! Steven said he was around 25 stone (160kg) and the other chap must have been close, they are literally like BIG pro strongmen. Was cool having Rod there too, he's like a walking encyclopedia of arm wrestling, I think we all learnt loads. | |

| the comp was excellent, i enjoyed what i saw of it well done richard and jo with a win thoroughly deserved. i got there late and it rained slightly however it did not ruin the day. i will try and get to the whole event next year. it was nice seeing familiar wrestlers, rambo was looking well as usual i think he had his op so it was nice to see him as he pulls in the crowds. It was a shame Sylvan was not there. if any one knows how he is please could you let me know as i have been trying to get hold of him. | |

" we havent seen s ylvan in a while since march when he was not in bad condition, but he told us he feels weak and can not armwrestle witht hat feeling therefore i think he wanted to get strong and then come back to us....
