yea he is closer to us or milton keynes i think not sure which is closest but essex is lakeside and we are 30/40 mins form there if that how far are milton keynes ?

oh yeah just to let you know ive never done any type of arm wrestling training before, just had arm wrestles in pubs and stuff like for a laugh, but i do enjoy it. so i hope your club welcomes total beginners lol.
