Milton Keynes Comp

Hi guys. After chatting with Steve we have decided to hold a comp at the Bletchley Leisure centre near Milton Keynes. It will be held on Saturday, May 30th.
Weigh in will be 11-12 with the competition starting at 1.
Weight classes are as follows

Left and right arm classes (Right arm only for novice)

Pro- 75, 85, 95 and 95+
Ladies, Open class
Novice, 75, 9o, 9o+



There will be medals for top 3 in each class. Each armwrestler will be awarded 1 point for every match won with 10 points for a class win, 8 for second place and 6 for third.The competition will also be the first Club championships. The team with the most points overall will be the winner.

Entry will be £15 for pros for one or both arms and £10 for novices.
There will also be a £10 registration fee for teams wishing to enter the Club championship.




I will try to arrange some discounted hotel rooms near the venue, as soon as I have details i'll let you know.

Sorry for the changes but after further discussion we've decided not to run a junior class and only a right arm novice. And after looking at the cost of medals and a trophy we won't have any money for donations.

Hello Lee, i'm looking into getting medals cast for all top 3 finishers and trophies for over all left and right winner. Once i get pricing sorted and ok everything with Steve i'll post details here.

Poster for the comp

dont you think you should use a pic of MK wrestlers or even some british pullers lol?

Hi Jo,

I wanted to but we didn't have much time to get the poster done and I couldn't find a single decent shot of MK or British pullers that'd look good on the poster. At the end of the day most people who already pull will know about the comp anyway (from seeing forum posts) so the poster is mainly to put up in places to get attention locally.
