Following the success of the WAL qualifying event I feel the time is right for a national ranking system as is the norm in other countries so everyone knows where they stand in the world of armwrestling.For example I came 13th in the 88 class under WAL but the UK has no comparable ranking system. What I suggest is that the British Nationals should be THE event that allocates rankings in each class not just 1st 2nd & 3rd places but EVERYONE who pulls this,so everyone gets a ranking right down to the bottom.This way everyone knows their national ranking and with this everyone can aim to improve their national ranking.I myself see no difficulty putting this system in place as I feel this is the way forward. I am sure everyone else feels this is long overdue.
