WELL DONE Rob The hard training is paying off The way Rob, Tom and Alex wrestled yesterday I think the sky's the limit as all three are going to train like mad Rob could of entered the pro class but one step at a time He as a lot more to come

He is a strong lad, and you are right the three of them should push each other well. The junior section looks very strong!

It's fair to say that the future of British armwrestling is in safe hands, and don't forget Danny Aston as well. All of them pulled suberbly.
