This year's British Grip Championships has now been rearranged for 31 Oct.

Events:
1. One Hand Pinch Lift
2. Reverse Bending
3. Stub Lift
4. Deadlift - Double Overhand Thumbless grip (Olympic bar)
5. LeverTop – Hold

Classes: Open, Division 2 and Women’s classes.

Venue: "Grip Factory", Stafford

Weigh in: Stafford 9-11am
Start: Contest at 11am.

Entrance fees: £15 paid in advance prior to 30 Sept. £20 after this date.
