Didn't realise there was so many different exercises with a kettle bell, how many of these do you think are suitable for arm wrestling? If any, which ones and what for?

I use a kettlebell for armwrestling, Keith Taylor showed me a few exercises and I def think that they are helping my wrists, especially my injured right. Before I started them there is no way that I would have been able to go on a table with my right.

I do swings, snatches and cleans to work the posterior chain, and grip, i often mix up my KB work with bent rows, chins and sandbag lifts, gets the heart rate up and burns the fat.

Cool, i'm not into swinging these things over my gead but i'm definitely interested in alternate exercises that would improve my wrestling.
