I am new to this forum.
Looking for training partners who are close by or able to get to Kingston easily. We have a good table, some weights, grippers, bands, pulley setup and a few other bits to train with. Training in a covered garage.
Currently one other and I training about once a week but looking to get more serious. We train with the Slough Slammers but want to do more training and can't get to Slough as often.
