hi guys and girls, im having an armwrestling training day in keswick at the gym i help run , its called B-SMART FITNESS
Im holding the training day on the 18th of july , really easy to get 20 minutes off the motorway .I will be holding it from 1pm-3pm i would love it if athletes would support me with this as its to promote my new youth armwrestling workshop encouraging teens to get into sport and health and will be taking place every monday through half term
Please let me know if you can make it, would love this to be a hit
