what weight class was your dad in

plus what training he been been doing for this event

He's 70 Nick, won with left arm, 4th on right I believe. He was in 65's. Apart from armwrestling I'm not sure what training he's been doing.

thanks 4 that he will b well pleased hes 71 in january 18 th 2015.He wasnt going to enter the left as he hadnt done no training but hey he who dares wins.Like he always says u can only lose.At his age he shouldnt win .but he just doesnt know when hes had enough.The left was a non starter as he had a stroke down that side about 4 years ago but it held together well
he weighted in at 62.2 kgs so food hasnt been top of his list of things to do.training wise he followed Neil Pickups ideas of all over training nothing 2 focused as he wanted to get to the final.
