Hiya Nick. Well for the last three months I've been training once a week with Manjit (it's his gym) from Absolutely fit. About 35 mins with him doing legs, back and chest. Not massive weight but Manjit insists on perfect technique. Also I've been eating very clean with a nutrition plan. We train once a week arm wrestling for up to 3 hours.
The aim is to lose body fat , gain muscle and not to drop a weight group.
Also train occasionally with Alan Maine at his gym and I have a little gym at home as well.
Hopefully getting back to train soon with Martin now he's had his back operation and getting back into it.
Really quite fortunate to have Manjit , Alan and Martin to train with as their knowledge of eating and training is vast. Where as I still don't know my way round a gym
