I recently took a part at Nemiroff World Cup in Warsaw.I can honestly say is a strong competition what I expected!In ladies categories +65kg I pulled with absolutely unbitten Egle Vaitkute from Lathuania,Zanna Cingule from Latvia,Vera Bondik from Kazakhstan and Alena Miromanova from Russia.Manage came in 4th place in both arms, not very succesful but I gained new experience and I learned a lot seeing different level of armwrestling.That should help me to create new training plan before next year Worlds...
