In everyones opinion, what is THE definitive way of wrist curling for aw power?

There's so many variations, normal/thick bar, full range/half range, high reps/low reps....

I've been doing them with a 2.5 inch handle on my knee, full range, seems to be working so far...

thats easy, the answer is do what works for you !

Some people say you don't need to do them full range, as your wrist should never go back past straight anyway, but that doesn't make sense to me
