just want to say I had really good time last saturday.It was my first armwrestling competition and first British Champion title.I must say I did expect more girls in our open ladies class......Well Im not giving up and getting ready for international appearance and supermatches. 

Agy the way you have progressed over the last nine months you are going a long way in armwrestling and on that left arm I can see a World title

Im glad I can add few achievements to my profile.First my second left arm British Champion title and unexpected right arm Bronze medal at Worlds!
Now Im focus on training plan improvement and better performance.

Euro Arms 2015 in Bulgaria ended up on 5th place (left arm) followed unlucky elbow fouls and 4th place (right arm).Bit gutted come back without medal but gained new experience and met great people.Roll on to Europeans 2016 💪💪👍

I missed EuroArms 2016 so I choose World Championship instead and have enough time prepare myself to compete in new lower weight category and change elements of training.
And I did it......Went undefeated to the final and won left arm 80kg master class!!
Discipline,committment,focus and desire of succeed paid off with World Champion Title!
