slammers novice comp 24/8/2013 for charity

hi everyone, abit short notice but we've been asked to try and raise money for charity, SLOUGH SLAMMERS NOVICE ARMWRESTLING COMPETITION, on saturday 24th august, three weight classes under 75kg, 75-90kg, 90kg+, weigh in from 12-1pm competition start 1:30pm RIGHT ARM ONLY, medals to the top 3 wrestlers in each class,
ENTRY FEE IS £5 MINIMUM, all money raised will be given to the chosen charity on the day, this can be a fantastic day with all your help we can raise alot of money, its also a fun day so you can bring your family along with you, this is the 2nd charity event from slough slammers with many more to come in the future, we need your support everyone,

although this is 170 miles from me im desperate to compete. so i asked my manager what my day off will be on that week and coincidently uts the 24th sat

will novice be suitable for ppl who never competed?

brilliant, and yes raikky that shouldnt be a problem mate, id suggest to get to the nearest club to you and get some pointers and advice on technique and safety

well im def coming down anyway. long drive but hope to have some fun. been practising with some friends but only had 2 sessions. now im just resting.

just one week away now. . the fun day has been cancled unfortunately but were still raising money. need as much support as possible from everyone. going to prepare a buffet for everyone too. going to be a good day
