22 competitors in the British Grip Champs, which is the second biggest Brits ever.
Lots of great performances, and 3 world records too.
8 armwrestling supermatches too, and these were great.
I really liked how the grip event, and then a/w match worked.

Really Great Day and everyone enjoyed it, Great food thanks to Elizabeth.
