WHAT GOT ME INTO ARMWRESTLING? The story of how i got into Armwrestling is perhaps one of the most unlikely but logical routes into the sport as in July 2012 i was on holiday in Minehead and just for fun i challenged one of those arcade armwrestling machines! To my amazement i beat the machine! I was instantly hooked! The very same night i had a dream of making it in armwrestling for real and so begun a new era as i felt i was being inspired and encouraged through sheer dedication and dertimination to live my dream. Not being rich i had no Equipment and literally built my own table single handed, which was alright to begin on,But i wanted to do better and so in late july i decided i must have a proper table and so i ordered one from none other than Mazureka and this took over a month to arrive! In the meantime i was buying smaller items of training equipment as i wanted my own home training zone where i could work towards living my dream. Finally an September 2012 my new table arrived! Setting up and assembling this was an exciting occasion and when it was finally assembled i had my first pull via training bands which i use on this in the absence of anyone to pull with! Now i am really working out hard to increase my strength. While all this was going on i recieved tremendous assistance and support from Dan Thomas And The Cambridge Armwrestling Team who recomended i organise a Training day at my place so that i can be trained in the basics and techniques of AW as up to now i am completely self taught This Historic and momentous occasion will take place on SATURDAY 29th SEPTEMBER 2012 and i am promised a live appearance of Dan thomas And The Cambridge Armwrestling Team and i look foward to this event as i will be welcomed into the Armwrestling community. MY NEXT AMBITION IN ARMWRESTLING. To make it in the Novice Rankings at least at level 1 with the ultimate dream of making it to The British NOVICES So Watch This Space!!!! UNKNOWN TALENTS>>>>Away from AW i am the uks only PRO WATERSLIDER and am a legend in this unrecognised sport universally known as " KING OF THE FLUMERS" but thats another story!!

On saturday 9th Feburary came my next great achievement when i pulled Armageddan Judgement Day.Once again i pulled brilliantly on both left and right, and although i came very close to a win on the left i did not quite make it but i feel i did show my great potential to do great things. But miracles do happen! And this happened on the right when i achieved my first ever win and made it through to the 2nd round! This is a tremendous achievement for me that shows i can do it as having got this far i aim to really make waves in my quest for greatness!

On saturday 23 November i pulled the BAF Novice for the first time.I faced some very hard hitters i had never pulled before. But it was well worth the effort as it gave me a real insight as to the strength and intensity of many pullers which i need to equal if i am to make progress as i have now reached a level where i know how to give them a taste of their own medicine but some are so quick off the mark they have you down before i have a chance to put up a fight. That is the great challenge i am aiming to overcome as i know i can do it,and i am working on this with my secret pulling device which i believe is the only one in the UK which is a closely guarded secret i do not wish to reveal for obvious reasons! Because of the delay in the delivery of this my training prior to the BAF Novice was not up to the level i wanted it to be,but now my secret pulling device is fully operational,it will begin to make a real impression on my strength and pulling ability as i am a firm believer in both pulling on my own at the table with my secret pulling device, and with others in the usual way as in this way i feel i can achieve my ambitions to make waves in this game as now i have been pulling for just over a year i have established my name on the circuit and have became known as "MR RATTLESNAKE" in response to the intense hissing noise i make when pulling hard (which i was totally unaware of until someone mentioned it to me!) And having sucessfully organised my first ever comp (which i also pulled in!) on December 7th this is another aspect of our sport i aim to suceed in! as i have all the right contacts & venues at my disposal through my work with GLL.Now that 2013 is nearly over, i am looking foward to 2014 which i feel will be my best year so far and will begin with the New Year Cup (which was my debut comp a year ago!) But this time round with the effects of pulling on my secret pulling device i hope the results of training on this will filter through and produce results that will really make an impression!
