Worlds 2011 anti doping results are in... 25% fail!

Of the 20 anti doping tests carried at the worlds in Kazakhstan, 5 failed:

Normunds Tomson - Latvia
Abdula Eldarov - Russia
Arsen Chomaev - Russia
Tatiana Istomina - Russia
Bahtiar Kubanychbek - Kyrghistan

The same Normunds Tomsons that won the Worlds 2008, Canada ? surprise surprise.

20 tests from over a thousand athletes is pretty poor, it should at least be top 3 in every single category. But i guess those nations that top the medal tables would lose too many and vote no to more extensive measures.

Thats scary statistics... Imagine if they started testing competitors at Nemiroff...

I believe Abdula Eldarov was disqualified once before...

Correct me if I'm wrong Neil but I believe he won the 1999 worlds in Poland where you took 2nd and then he was disqualified from the competition for trying to compete for a different country other than his own (Russia)... I have no idea why he would do that!

A friend of mine has been on injectable HGH for 1.5 months and his bench press has gone from 110kg to 150kg in that period of time!!

Ste your friend isn't just taking growth pal,he would have to run t3 to keep his thyroid moving and prob some test to work along with it

Sorry Steve but hgh does not significantly increase strength and 40kg in 1.5 months is I believe not possible. How much has his bodyweight increased? Does he look much different? If his strength has significantly increased in that short time frame it is down to him using anabolic /androgenic substance/substances, not growth. If he tells you otherwise then he is being economical with the truth

I just watched a video of him 'benching 150kg' and he's being spotted and could barely do 130kg unassiste I recon!!
