lol Just read this one and nearly laughed myself SICK !!!

I admire your Faith in me mate BUT in honesty I'm EXTREMELY unlikely to be making -90kg THIS YEAR !!! IF I do it will be a SUPER CUT for the Moscow A1 (which I am only doing once lol) therefore I would be pulling in the -100kg Class in Brazil at the Worlds.

I'm really not expecting to be particularly Strong and in form this year lads as Rylan having just been born will have my eye off the Ball & I will have enough on my plate organising the B.A.F. & ARM WARS events.

I also think that before everyone goes killing themselves trying to make weight early lads, you need to have a REALLY HONEST look at who is genuinely going to be attending this event ie. have they got the money to do so !? also have a serious look at what your GENUINE capabilities are and do whats right for Team Great Britain and each other.

FACT IS there are NO EASY CLASSES AT WORLDS, will the 90kg be any easier than the 85KG or the 100KG, WHO KNOWS !!!? BUT NOT NECESSARILY. Unless you are GENUINELY WORLD CLASS don't kill yourselves dieting for a weight class at which you will not do ANY BETTER than you would have a weight higher. IF YOU ARE WORLD CLASS AT THAT WEIGHT THEN SURE GO BALLS OUT. We all should have an idea within ourselves where we are at level wise right now.

Just read a little further down & its your choice really Paul, if Stephen isn't available or doen't want it & you and Alan don't wanna sort out your unfinished business from the Rampage 4 scheduled match, then sure, I'm certainly happy to Pull you if I'm in the Country mate, no worries, as I said earlier I'm not sure where my form will be BUT I'll bring my best game on the Day no problem

Neil pal training or not training you and always be my favourite man to pull not to blow smoke up your arse but I still consider you the man to beat if not necessarily strength but in terms of pure skill,I only really see yourself Ste and Marv as my main rivals but see my style identical to yours which gives me a great buzz win or lose after all you did teach me all I have to show

As for the 90kg worlds I will make it and I will be strong

So be it mate, lets do it
