Hey someone from the south set up a national training day in feb please middle of the month,we will bring a big squad from the north

i will come down to it...........

It's sorted. Steve has got a room hired for Saturday the 21st Feb. I know it's a week before Teds comp but it was either this or Valentines day, or the week after the new years cup. Training is from 2-6pm at the Bletchley leisure centre and will be £3 per person.
I'll be setting up a projector so if you have any dvd's of armwrestling then bring them along and we'll show them on a big screen.

Leave a message or text Steve to let us know who's coming. I'll see about laying on some food as well.

I'm doing both, it'll be my last training day before Teds comp, i'll rest for the week then i'll be fine to pull Tom.

get 13 years of armwrestling behind you & you need more than a week to recover....

I'm lucky i can recover quickly.

we will be there a week is not so bad i usually rest 4 days before a comp will be good training with you guys again! will it be in the gym where you had a comp last year??? or year before cant remember??/

It'll be great having the Slough team come along.

Nick, even if you don't pull at training it would be great to have you there coaching and giving advice.

No place is to far my friend,you need to go every place you an at the early part of your life as a puller gain the exprience needed, i remember when i was a novice and had no car i used to pedal to training 25mile round trip with the great peter white

Ive not seen him for a little while yet but spoke to him the other day,hes not been training to much as hes been of work for a few months,he plans to come to the training day and compete at the british 100kg,so theres another guy to watch out for now

what I meant but didn't explain was unfortunately I've got prior commitments that evening; it'd mean I can't get to the comp then back in time as I'm in the midlands. I'll take what you said onboard though, and get on my bike as much as I can!
