show your support for Nick who has gone out the way and rented the room...We have to show up if we wont these days its what the people have been wanting so heres your chance,we are a small amwrestling nation and the level isnt has high as other countries bar a handful of pullers so to build that level we need to show support of days like these
jan 18th may in some peoples eyes be to close to the new year cup but 14 days recovery time is plenty for anybody,also remember that you dont have come and just pull,its a training day show your ideas,swop thoughts,pull lightly and learn,theres alot of training to be done on the armwrestling table without pulling that hard il dedicate my 1st 2 hrs to teaching and showing anybody and promise you results

I would love to come up for this, but unfortunately i don't drive so i rely on my bro taking me to training, i'll have a word and see what i can do.

neil emailed and said its a great day! but him and a few cant make it like andy barker ian stones cant remember who else he said but a good 5/6 of them!!
