After some discussion we have decided on the following definiton of a novice.

If you have finished in the top 3 in any novice or pro competition in the past or have been actively competing for more then 2 years you are too pro for this competition.

Please still come and pull, there will be at least one practice table and pro super matches for those who are interested.

To answer your question Gary, no cash prizes are for the amateur competition only. Supermatches are for something money can't buy;)
