Thanks for those comments dean and nick. And big thanks to Keith and all the Preston panthers for a great comp. Looking forward to the next one but gonna have train a lot harder to get some strength to get anywhere near the pro's. Thanks again to everyone who was involved. Cheers.

It is strange that my right just feels awkward to wrestle with but can lift more weight than the left [which is not very much!] , working on it thou and looking forward to the next comp. See you soon mate
