I am thinking of doing a novice comp maybe end of july for the newbie who would be up for that
there a few lads from my gym interested....

Plus it all depends how much interest there is i will get a poster up in gym this week...
this comp will be right arm only ....trophies for top 3
£15 to enter
classes 70,80,90,100,100 plus
