training costs £3.50 with also full use of gym,steam room and showers
all members will be given free tshirts and team tracksuits bags and armwarmers (after trail period)

Awesome news Paul! I'll be coming up to train at some point, if that's ok? I'm generally up north on thursdays, but I'll try and swap my diary around a bit and maybe stop over in a local hotel one tuesday or something.

Yes Nick and yes James he was 13 then hes a 23year pld 19stone monster now if he takes it serious not a single man would beat him inside of 2 years fact shame he didnt carry on when your beating fellas (pro heavyweight pullers) at 14 you got have some talent

Who was the guy that beat him in the final of the heavyweight novices at Star City 2003 (I think), and does he still train anywhere??

Not sure of name pal but he doesn't pull,are you going start ramping up the training bud it's going be a bad 85/90s this year with all the guys coming back

First session was really good it officially starts next Thursday but last night was attended by Rogers,Knowles,Mitchell,Shaw and a 20stone freak novice just ask the lads lol next week atleast 10 will be attending Including 4 new novices
