| Mine was 105kg for 2 reps when I last had a go, not a weight I was happy with when watching all the other guys benching 110-150kg but I think I could do better if I trained for it | |

| Paul mines 210kg 462lb for 2, dumbells 70kg flat but that as heavy as they went but ofcourse thats before i was ill,now iam just building up so my weights are what i feel are poor flat dumbell press 57.5kg and bench 130kg my training really wont allow me to build those number till after the british next year as jan onwards i use weights to mantain, and my focus is on my armwrestling training il go back to stength training later on, Matt them arms will get better but having Alan and co bouncing it on you may take a while | |

| He actually doesent train Bench as it is not a great deal of assistance in strongman events. He only does it occasionally. I believe he has done around 240kg though, maybe more,il ask him tomorrow and im sur he'l chime in. Rich "Gorilla " Gorvin who trains at the gym has benched quite a bit more than this i believe. Your former level of pressing is extremely impressive Paul | |
