well to be right honest with you i saw dean pullin on the practice table and he looks sick strong , n my trainin has stayed exactly the same except iv put in a few more trainin exercises for this match to hopefully get past deans power, i hope it pays of .

Ive had the benefit today of watching the DVD form Sunday and was Extremely impressed with Pauls Pulling... Gave kevin some real trouble nearly reversing him in the first go...
Approach with Extreme caution...
