Tesco direct on line are selling them at the moment nick £9.99 a pair order on line.... you can pick them up from your local store the following day,2 x Threaded spinlock dumbell bar with collars Catalogue number: 206-5748

Our Tesco do 2 different sizes too, 12 inch and 18 inch... obviousl;y you can cram lots more wight on the longer ones..
