Mr Acker's and Danny Ainsworth came down tonight, as usual pulling terry is like wrestling a brick wall, but danny is mega on right arm! The speed of his hit is immense! Reminds me of a certain mr. Holland!

ill be at training tomorrow x be around 6.30 ill be coming right from work , had no pain at all from last training so barring my eye i feel ok , prob start pulling weekly now with the Preston boys and see how i get on .
