i am doing an armwrestling demo today at the new gym for one hours ,handing out flyer about club & comp,taking tv & dvd player so the public can watch some armwrestling see what interest i get...

just like to say thanks to murray stephen & chris murphy for doing the armwrestling demo on friday...also thanks to murray stephen,ted wilson.james green, stuart hall,adrian maguire for coming along on saturday to help me with the armwrestling demo thanks lads......
