BAF NEW YEAR CUP & BRITISH PRO SUPER SERIES FIRST ROUND 2011

Hi Guys

Another important date heads up AHEAD of time !

The first round of the British Professional Super Series and the 2011 New Year Cup will both be held at the Crofters Hotel in Cabus, Nr. Garstang on Saturday 29th January 2011.

Details of all the athletes who have qualified for involvement in the Pro Super Series event as well as the weight classes available in the NYC will follow shortly but once again hopefully the attendance for this first event of the new Armwrestling year will be first class, as everyone has the opportunity to get this date in their diaries nice and early

2011 could get of to a great start with the fortold return of Stuart and the
return of Terry and a few others.
As well as the amount of new novice lads coming into the fold.

well im staying at 90kg now think that why im alway never able to train thinking of what class to pull 90kg all year, pain free and iv got 4kg to play with happy days , like a match with stan right arm maybe rampage 2 ????? , been hitting hand and wrist hard last few weeks , like paul says need a good years consistent pulling, with out being big headed which it not like me haha ill be hard to beat left arm, started kettle bell training as well, nick let me know when your training next ill try to get over for a few hours , need to no a few days early so im not there gym sore.

ok terry no problem there a lot of pro's wanting to train at mine so i need a month of training before i start going on the table with them all

here who wants to train at rossendale= stuart hall,chris ham,ted wilson,paul maiden,peter burnell,paul mitchell,dave shaw,chris murphy,murray stephen depends on his back etcs..
